The Service

• NearPinGO is a location‑aware golf‑style game designed primarily for Apple Watch; your surroundings become a virtual course.
• The Service may evolve over time; features can be added, changed, or removed.

Eligibility and Accounts

• No account is required at this time. If we later introduce accounts, additional terms will apply.
• You must comply with applicable laws and play safely and responsibly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third‑party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to access it by automated or unauthorized means, or reverse‑engineer components.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.

Location and Sensors

• Location and motion/gesture signals are processed on device to enable gameplay. We do not send or store precise location on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

User Content (courses, scores, etc.)

• If you submit or share content (e.g., proposed “official courses”, screenshots, scores), you retain ownership of your content and grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service. You represent you have rights to share such content.

Third‑Party Links and Media

• The Service may link to or embed third‑party content (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter). We are not responsible for those services or their policies.

Intellectual Property

• We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software. These Terms grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.
